silverorange retreat 2018

We held our annual winter retreat near Wolfville, Nova Scotia this year in a beautiful and tranquil old farmhouse complete with cats, horses, and an alpaca. Besides the nuts and bolts of our usual retreat meetings and reflections, we also threw axes at Timber Lounge, and tossed rocks at Windsor Curling Club.

Our highly anticipated “Employee of the Year” (employees are ineligible) went to our “Team Growth Spurt” which reshaped our team in wonderful ways in 2017.

“Employee of the Year 2017” for @silverorangeinc is “The Team Growth Spurt” (as per tradition, actual employees are ineligible)! 6 new FT and 2 PT team members have helped make our team the best it’s ever been.@slackHQ was a graceful runner-up for the 3rd year in a row.
