Serious Hugs

At silverorange we encourage our team to share the real aspects of their life—but only what they’re comfortable sharing, of course!—to normalize the struggles we all face. As 50% of our company is remote, we often share these things on Slack and use Reactji to show support with a growing set of custom emoji.

The hug emoji 🤗 makes a regular appearance. But sometimes its little cheery face feels off when we’re reacting to something a little more serious.
